This article presents a qualitative analysis focused on facilitating the motivation for student
learning in the initial training process of the future specialist in higher education institutions through the
formulation of real life problems and situations. The article also reflects the results of a study on learning
motivation from students (high school students), students, university professors from Tiraspol State
University (based in Chișinău) and school teachers using sociological research methods.
