This scientific research represents the results of the study of vector directions for the development of university education as a segment of higher education in the context of changes in the Second Academic Revolution. The paper presents the main trends associated with so-called human factor inherent in higher education during the Second Academic Revolution. Been defined and characterized the changing lecture role, the specific teaching of this period.
