Against the background of major technological changes in recent years and tremendous progress in communications, the increased use of modern and e-learning technologies in teaching could become one of the important achievements of our century. The use of modern information technologies assigns new dimensions to the learning-evaluation teaching process. In several countries, and in Romania, national strategies and programs are being developed to implement ICT in education at all levels, including the imposition of digital textbooks and computer resources as the main material resources in the classroom. Successful integration of ICT into teaching is part of the natural evolution of learning and is an opportunity to integrate the latest technological breakthroughs with the interaction and involvement of the traditional way of learning.
